Having met Roger some months earlier, we had been hoping for an opportunity to learn directly from him. Thankfully, he decided to offer a boot camp. Roger Salam’s boot camp is phenomenl! What a wonderful presenter! We now have a clearer plan of what we need to do, and the training resources to refer to. Roger provided reference material from other successful investors, as well as his own material; flying the speakers in to talk to us directly made the whole experience beyond anything we had experienced or anticipated. Also, in a small group setting we were able to ask questions freely. Roger is out doing deals and shares real-time examples throughout the weekend. He shares many of the resources he uses routinely. Topics covered were well presented and informative. Superb hospitality throughout was provided throughout the event. We had all of our needs met and exceeded by Roger’s hospitality and that of the team! This experience was a jewel, and missing it would have been a big mistake. As we now move into getting our plan into higher gear, we continually refer back to the information from the boot camp. We do not need to reinvent the wheel. I offered $92,500 for a 3/2 concrete house at 2159 22nd Ave N. St. Petersburg, the offer was accepted. The value of the property is $169,000.
